Becoming a Strong User

This webinar aimed to equip standard Apricot users with best practices for data entry and accessing support resources. The presenter emphasized the importance of data integrity, highlighting the four pillars of accuracy, uniformity, completeness, and timeliness. Demonstrations within the Apricot platform illustrated the impact of these principles, such as ensuring consistent formatting and avoiding blank fields. The session then provided an overview of the Help Center, explaining how users can leverage this self-service resource to find answers to common questions. Best practices for reaching out to Apricot administrators were discussed, stressing the value of providing detailed information to expedite issue resolution.

Lastly, this webinar also introduced the Bonterra Academy, a free training platform offering on-demand and live webinar options to further develop Apricot skills. Throughout the webinar, the overarching goal was to empower participants to become confident, self-sufficient Apricot users, capable of maintaining high-quality data and efficiently navigating the system. The presenter encouraged participants to leverage the various support resources available to them, both within Apricot and through their organization's administrative team.
