The webinar covers strategies for understanding the configuration and design of the Apricot software. Participants are encouraged to access their organization's Solution Design Document, which outlines the initial site, program, and role structure implemented during the software's deployment. Administrators can then navigate the software's interface to view the current site, program, and role details, identifying any deviations from the original design documentation.

The webinar also guides participants through locating and analyzing the forms and reports within the Apricot software. By accessing the Standard Form Library, users can review the existing tier one and tier two forms, noting any additional forms not documented in the Solution Design. Similarly, the Report Center allows users to explore the reports in their design, understanding which forms and data elements feed into each report. This comprehensive understanding of the software's design empowers users to make informed decisions about potential modifications and enhancements to better meet their organization's needs.
