Setting Up Your Ticketed Event Overview

This course provides a review of the Ticketed Event and Ticketed Event forms, understanding how to set up a Ticketed Event in EveryAction, and learning how to create associated Ticketed Event forms.

Audience: Events Management users

This EveryAction webinar is about setting up and managing ticketed events using the EveryAction platform. The key points covered in the two-paragraph summary are:

EveryAction's event management dashboard provides the ability to set goals, create host committees, manage house parties, track progress, and manage invitees and tickets sold for ticketed events. Ticketed events can be linked to online action forms, which simplify signup and ticket purchases. These online action forms can be tracked for compliance and disclosure reports, and are aligned with EveryAction's destinations and getaways, making payment processing a streamlined process.

Attendees can create a ticketed event and associate it with an online action form. The event setup wizard prompts users to add basic details about the event, such as the name, start and end date, and internal description. Users can then add tickets, set a fundraising goal or target guest count, and choose event locations and roles. EveryAction provides several reporting options, including a ticketed event contribution report, participant list, and ticketed guest report, to help users track and manage their events.
