The session delves into the sorting tool's capabilities, enabling users to apply multiple levels of sorting hierarchy. By adding sorts on various columns, the data can be organized first by last name, then by first name, for example. The webinar also covers the option to create custom sort orders, providing greater flexibility in how information is displayed.
