2025 Los Angeles fire relief: Bonterra matching programs and resources

Volunteers pack supplies for emergency relief efforts.

In the wake of the devastating wildfires impacting communities across Los Angeles, we extend our heartfelt condolences to all those affected. Many neighborhoods are facing unprecedented challenges, including power outages, damaged homes and infrastructure, and disrupted access to essential services.

Our goal is to amplify collective action and ensure that our customers — corporate givers, foundations, and nonprofits — can come together to address the urgent needs of Southern California communities.

This is an opportunity to double the impact of your support for these critical relief initiatives.

Matching programs for wildfire relief

Bonterra will match up to $100,000 in donations made by CyberGrants customers to the GoFundMe Wildfire Relief Fund and to any nonprofits in the Bonterra network listed below who are working on wildfire relief efforts.

By providing donation matching and operational support, we want to empower corporate givers, foundations, and grantmakers to extend their reach and deliver timely, meaningful aid to impacted communities. Read on for our list of nonprofits to support and be sure to take advantage of extended customer service opportunities.

Covenant House
(13-2725416)

104 young people are currently in our care at Covenant House’s Hollywood campus where the Sunset Fire nearly reached. Quickly changing environmental factors make it impossible to predict if we will be able to continue operating or evacuate our youth, staff and volunteers at any moment.

Covenant House is partnering with local resources to provide essentials and shelter for any youth being displaced.   We are all praying that the winds will dissipate. Please support Covenant House in this time of need as we house and protect youth who are depending on us for shelter, services and love.

(93-1007427)

Lutheran Social Services of Southern California (LSSSC) will be directly supporting the relief efforts of the ongoing and devastating fires raging across the south land.

Over 100,000 residents and rising have been displaced. Our Mobile Wellness Units are being staffed and dispatched to help support the efforts alongside first responders and will include all of our essential emergency services.

We greatly appreciate the generosity of our donors to heed the call for this unprecedented disaster.
