Here at Bonterra, our purpose is to power those who power social impact. Every day, we are inspired by our customers’ accomplishments and the impact they create in their local communities and beyond. To celebrate and recognize their efforts, we are very excited to announce the winners of our inaugural Bonterra Impact Awards in Case Management.
Bonterra Impact Awards shine a light on organizations that use data and Social Solutions’ Case Management software in the following ways to lead lasting change:
- Fuel growth within their organization and community through partnerships and advocacy.
- Understand the people they serve.
- Gain efficiencies to further their objectives.
- Expand diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for the organization, people served, and community.
- Deliver insights gained from the development of a data-driven culture.
Congratulations to this year’s Bonterra Impact Awardees in Case Management for their incredible efforts in making the world a better place. Thank you to each and every organization that was nominated. It was difficult to narrow all the inspiring stories down to the winners for each category. Community Advocator
African Community Housing & Development (ACHD) is recognized with the Community Advocator award for serving as a collaborator that develops partnerships within the community. ACHD shares with other organizations, which allows them to learn from each other while advocating for those they serve. As a result, this organization fuels growth and elevates its community, and the ACHD staff are doing the best work of their lives.
ACHD is a community housing and development organization in King County, Washington, with a mission to provide opportunities for African diaspora immigrant and refugee communities, families, and individuals in King County to attain health and housing stability, economic development, high-quality education, and referrals to legal services.
“With the support of the King County, Department of Commerce, and many SKC cities we were able to distribute over $38 million to prevent eviction and give basic needs to over 8 million King County residents,” said ACHD.

Inclusive Cultivator
Covenant House is the recipient of the Inclusive Cultivator award because it uses data and technology to further diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within its organization and among those it serves. As a result, trends and demographics are identified so that programs are improved early on and, consequently, no one in the community is left behind.
An international organization, Covenant House provides housing and support to youth facing homelessness so they can move toward a path of independence.
“We created reporting tools that allow us to sort our data by core demographics. We were able to confirm that we were seeing equity in our core outcomes—stable housing, employment, and education—across different subpopulations of young people,” said Covenant House.

Looking Forward
Join us in congratulating our winners, finalists, and honored nominees for the inspiring work they do and the positive impact they make on the people in their communities. We are immensely honored that our solutions play any role in powering their impact.
Earlier in 2022, GiveGab and CyberGrants—which are joining EveryAction, Network for Good, and Social Solutions to become Bonterra—held their own awards to recognize organizations excelling in their spaces. GiveGab’s 2022 Giving Day Spark Awards honored six Giving Day partners that are sparking community engagement and fundraising growth during GiveGab’s annual Giving Day Leaders Forum. At CyberGrants’ 2022 Social Impact Leadership Conference (SILC), several corporate social responsibility customers were honored for their creativity, innovation, and continued commitment to driving maximum social impact.
In 2023, we look forward to expanding our Bonterra Impact Awards to recognize and celebrate organizations across Bonterra’s entire business.
