You can expect a transformative experience with our revamped platform. The biggest change stems from feedback from you, and it’s all about giving you the information you need to make smart decisions and so you can take action as soon as possible. This beta, opt-in feature allows you to toggle it on and off and even provide feedback on your experience.  

We want to hear what you think about upcoming segmentation and reporting enhancements.

On our platform, we’re making donating easier for your supporters by adding new payment methods. This update is projected to boost conversion rates by up to 7%! We also previewed another feature (coming soon!), which can increase donation amounts by up to 2.4X by clicking a checkbox when setting up your email campaigns.

DonorDrive is now part of Bonterra  

The acquisition of DonorDrive marks a significant milestone for Bonterra, allowing us to offer the most complete fundraising events solution available. Together, we can now offer: 

• Peer-to-peer fundraising: Empower supporters to raise funds on your behalf. 
• Ticketed events and auctions: Host engaging events that drive donations. 
• Seamless giving day features: Maximize your impact with streamlined tools. 

DonorDrive will seamlessly integrate into our existing fundraising and engagement solutions, with a lite version available for Fundraising Essentials and a fully featured version for Pro and Enterprise users. Plus, our standalone Fundraising Events solution will include DonorDrive alongside auction capabilities.

How does DonorDrive work and what are its key features?
DonorDrive offers transformative event fundraising capabilities, which means you now have access to:

Is Bonterra thinking about adding DAF and crypto payments to Bonterra Payments?
We are investigating adding support for accepting donations via a DAF to our Bonterra Payments offering, but do not yet have a committed timeline. 

When will Bonterra Payments include Paypal?
By the end of 2024 or early 2025, we will enable onboarding PayPal for new EveryAction clients once some technical issues are resolved. This will allow our customers to use PayPal alongside Bonterra Payments.
