The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic forced the LGBTQ Center Long Beach to adapt the delivery of its most crucial services. Thankfully, this coincided with the organization’s adoption of Bonterra Program Management (formerly Social Solutions).
Bonterra Program Management helped the LGBTQ Center Long Beach transition from on-site to off-site testing by digitizing
forms and medical records. The team was able to expand their email capabilities to include patient health assessment, consent forms, results, previous history, and reminders all in the same platform.
