The Ypsilanti chapter of Meals on Wheels (YMOW) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping seniors remain independent through long-term and short-term services including occupational therapy (OT), home modification services, nursing, social work, pet food delivery, and even laundry services in addition to meal delivery.
In this case study by Bonterra Program Management (formerly Social Solutions) we outline the communication challenges YMOW ran into as they grew their services, how Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot) was able to enhance communication, and how YMOW was empowered to better serve their community thanks to case management software.
