Each of the Impact Management solutions above come with 2 administrative user assignments. Customers can choose to purchase more administrative user licenses. Each license comes with basic user training.
Customers can purchase additional storage by choosing one of three storage allotment add-ons: Up to 10GB, up to 50GB, or up to 100GB. Each solution comes with an initial allotment: Essentials – 1GB, Pro – 5GB, Enterprise – 10GB.
Impact Management Pro and Enterprise come with an allotment of 5,000 Connect text messages per month. Overages will be charged on usage above that amount. Customers who wish to proactively purchase more text messages can do so in increments of 5,000 more text messages per month.
Customers who purchase Impact Management Pro or Enterprise and have at least 20 user licenses have the option of purchasing a “Guest User Module.” This add-on comes with 50 external “Guest Users” for up to five forms.
Customers who purchase the Impact Management Pro can choose to purchase our “Data Integration” SKU, which gives them access to the “Automated Imports (SFTP)” and “API Access” features listed above. Otherwise, these features are reserved for Impact Management Enterprise customers.

Bonterra Impact Management solutions are priced based on number of users.
While contract reductions can only be made at the end of the full contract term, contract additions can be made at any time.
Bonterra Impact Management Pro and Enterprise customers have access to our “Connect” capability, which allows you to send emails and text messages directly to participants. This feature includes unlimited emails and up to 5,000 messages per month. If you want to send more text messages per month, you can purchase additional messages in 5,000 per month increments.
Each solution comes with two admin user assignments. Customers can choose to purchase additional admin user licenses if necessary.
