John Manganaro is the chief product officer of Bonterra —a social good software company focused on powering those who power social impact with donor engagement, supporter engagement, program management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) tech solutions.
John leads product management, user experience and design, and data science teams across the organization to ensure Bonterra is building powerful, approachable, and data-focused software. Previously, John was the chief product officer at Social Solutions Global, now Bonterra’s Program Management solution, which serves nonprofit and public-sector organizations. In his expansive tenure, John has served as vice president of product and analytics for DRIVIN, where he and his teams worked to solve used vehicle inventory optimization and profitability problems for dealership partners, management consultant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers within their Pricing & Profitability group, and has held many product manager positions with SaaS companies in Chicago, including Apartments.com and Cars.com. John is based in Austin, TX, and received his MBA from Kellogg School of Business, and a BS in Communications and English from the University of Illinois-Champaign.
