Kellie Capote is the Chief Customer Officer of Bonterra—a social good software company focused on powering those who power social impact with donor engagement, supporter engagement, program management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) tech solutions. 

Kellie is dedicated to Bonterra’s mission by leading the customer success function with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. With 20 years of experience in customer success and GTM leadership, Kellie believes that customer success is the engine for driving sustainable growth and creating long-term value. 

Before joining Bonterra, Kellie served as CCO of Gainsight, where she was instrumental in scaling the company’s customer success organization from $40M to over $200M in revenue. Over the course of 8 years, she led innovative customer success strategies that delivered impact for Gainsight’s customers. 

Kellie resides in Austin, TX, where she is a proud wife and mother to two daughters, Brynn (12) and Brooklyn (10). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three mini-Bernedoodles, Ollie, Colton, and Myla.
