Matthew Hardy

Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Hardy is the CFO of Bonterra, a social good software company focused on empowering those who drive social impact with case management, corporate social good, philanthropy, and fundraising and relationship management technology solutions. In his role, Matthew supports Bonterra’s mission by leading the company’s financial function and the Office of the CIO with operational discipline, a strategic mindset, and a focus on sustainable growth.

Prior to Bonterra, Matthew served as CFO of several leading SaaS companies across e-commerce, EdTech, FinTech, and more — including CommerceHub, Illuminate Education, InMoment, TeleSign, LiveOffice, and Digital Insight. In addition to working closely with Bonterra investors like Apax Partners, Matthew has delivered value to shareholders at Insight Partners, Summit Partners, Adams Street Partners, Goldman, GTCR, Sycamore, and Madison Dearborn Partners. He recently moved to Salt Lake City after living in Los Angeles for 23 years, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as well as an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
