Chief Marketing Officer

Stacy West is the chief marketing officer of Bonterra—a social good software company focused on powering those who power social impact with Case Management, Nonprofit Fundraising and Engagement, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tech solutions.

Stacy leads Bonterra’s comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing brand development, digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation initiatives across multiple channels, geographies, and product lines. She is responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while aligning with Bonterra’s mission of powering social good. With extensive experience managing organizational change, Stacy excels at building high-performing marketing teams, optimizing marketing operations, and developing the scalable infrastructure needed to support Bonterra’s continued growth and market expansion.

Previously, Stacy served as the Chief Marketing Officer at insightsoftware, a category-leading vertical SaaS company with approximately $700 million in revenue. Her career includes senior marketing leadership positions at companies including HCL Hewlett Packard, Canon Solutions America, SciQuest, SolarWinds, and Relias.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys tending to her horses and other animals on her family compound and cherishes outdoor time with her daughters and two grandsons.
