Meredith Crouse is the chief human resources officer of Bonterra —a social good software company focused on powering those who power social impact with donor engagement, supporter engagement, program management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) tech solutions.
Meredith leads the total rewards, talent acquisition, talent management, HRIS, internal communications, and people business partner teams across Bonterra. Most recently, Meredith was the chief people officer at the fintech organization Advisor360°, where she helped build and implement the HR and internal communications strategy, programs, and infrastructure. Previously, she served as chief human resources officer at Monster Worldwide and the IP & Science Business of Thomson Reuters, where she led the organizational transformation through the carve out transition to Clarivate Analytics. Meredith is based outside of Boston, MA where she lives with her husband and four children. She holds a BA in Communications from LeMoyne College and attended Boston University School of Law.
