Bonterra Appoints Kellie Capote as Chief Customer Officer, Advancing Customer Experience Leadership in Social Good Technology
AUSTIN, TX – November 21, 2024—Bonterra, a leader in social good technology, has announced the appointment of Kellie Capote as its first Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This newly created C-level role is part of Bonterra’s commitment to deliver the best customer experience in social good technology. Capote will report directly to Bonterra CEO Scott Brighton.

As Chief Customer Officer, Capote will help Bonterra customers achieve even better outcomes – from enlisting longer-term supporters to turning one-time volunteers into regulars.
