Dedicated technical consultant

Partner with a dedicated, hands-on technical consultant to get the most value from your software investment. Services may include configuring tools, providing training, analyzing data, hosting webinars, and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Extension design and maintenance

Work with your technical consultant and our technical services team to proactively prioritize design and implement innovation software extensions. Maintain your software with activities like adding core integrations, developing custom portlets, building donor and volunteer leaderboards, enhancing matching gift logic, applying single sign-on capabilities and more.

Priority support

Save time and headaches with prioritized support that ensures that your team can reach its giving goals more quickly and easily than ever. Every Support package includes unlimited employee email support and response time SLAs to ensure business continuity. Enhanced and Premier packages include faster case response times, off business hour coverage, and additional phone support, while Premier customers go to the top of the queue for any ticket on any channel.
