Then, on August 3, 2021, EveryAction and Social Solutions were acquired by private equity advisory firm Apax Partners LLP. Apax had previously acquired CyberGrants and announced its plans to combine EveryAction, Social Solutions, and CyberGrants to create an industry-changing social good platform.
In a public statement, Jason Wright and Adam Garson, Partner and Principal at Apax, shared how “All three companies are mission-driven and have leading solutions in their respective segments. This combination will truly maximize their collective impact by bringing together world-class talent and products. The resulting scale and connectivity between donors and nonprofits will help reshape philanthropic giving.”
On March 23, 2022, this company was introduced to the world as Bonterra. In this announcement, it was also shared that GiveGab would be combined with EveryAction and Network for Good to create an omni-channel fundraising and engagement platform for nonprofits.
Bonterra has three main software solutions: Strategic Philanthropy, Fundraising and Engagement, and Impact Management. As a former fundraising tool, GiveGab is part of Bonterra Fundraising and Engagement and specifically supports activities related to Giving Days.
