Project QUEST

Project QUEST was founded in 1992 in response to a massive manufacturing layoff resulting in the loss of 14,000 jobs. In 2020, COVID-19 hit San Antonio and left approximately 150,000 individuals applying for unemployment benefits. This interview with Project Quest chief program officer Lelani Mercado discusses why they invested in a case management solution and the impact it made to serving the members of their community, as well as preparing them for the future.
