IN-SIGHT

IN-SIGHT is a nonprofit serving the Rhode Island and border communities that provides psychosocial, technology-related, independent living, and recreational services to people who are visually impaired and blind. Prior to upgrading their software solution to Bonterra Program Management (formerly Social Solutions) Case Management solution, each IN-SIGHT staff member had their own system for tracking data, which was time consuming and inefficient. With Bonterra Case Management, all information is centralized and staff can easily track clients, volunteers, donors, employees, and timesheets.
