In order to replace manual grantmaking processes that required signed contracts to be physically present alongside payment information, Xcel Energy partnered with Bonterra Corporate Social Responsibility (formerly CyberGrants). Through this partnership, they transformed their grantmaking process through the ability to electronically sign, send, and provide payment information, which resulted in accelerating approvals.
